Call for applications for academic exchange 2026

ITMO opens the call for international academic exchange in the fall semester of 2026.

This is your chance to immerse yourself in an international educational environment, step out of your comfort zone, and gain a valuable professional experience. There are over 20 countries and 35 universities to choose from!

NB! Before applying for exchange, don’t forget to discuss your choice of universities with the head of your educational program.

Who can participate

• Master’s students;

• Bachelor’s students starting with their second year of studies.

How to apply

To participate in semester exchange, you need to submit your application via ISU using your @niuitmo.ru email address. You won’t be able to apply using a different domain.

Your application must include:

• a video CV and resume;

• a proof of your proficiency in the language of instruction (B2 or higher);

• a passport (valid till August 2027);

• consent from the head of your educational program (before applying).

The application deadline is February 9, 3:59 pm (GMT+3).
