11th International Conference "Basic Problems of Optics" (BP0-2019)

On October 21-25, ITMO University will be hosting the 11th International Conference "Basic Problems of Optics" (BP0-2019). 

The conference's topics include:

  1. quantum optics and fundamental spectroscopy;
  2. coherent processes of interaction of light with matter;
  3. optics of femto- and attosecond pulses;
  4. nonlinear interactions between terahertz radiation and material, functional terahertz materials;
  5. new principles of optical transmission, processing and storage of information;
  6. optical materials of photonics;
  7. optics for biology and medicine.

The conference's program also includes:

  • seminar "Industrial Photonics";
  • Academician Yuri Nikolaevich Denisyuk’s readings.
