AI & Art Online Winter School

ITMO University’s Art & Science Center will hold the Winter School in Artificial Intelligence and Art on February 5-13, 2021.

The winter school is an intensive course that will teach its participants to create projects at the intersection of art and AI technologies. The course will include lectures, workshops, and talks by artists. By the end of the school, students will have the chance to develop and present their own projects.

The school’s curator is Helena Nikonole, a media artist, curator, and educator whose field of interest embraces hybrid arts, the new aesthetics, and AI.

Speakers: Natalia Soboleva, Nikita Prudnikov, Vadim Epstein, and many others.

• The school will be held on February 5-13, 2021;
• There are five free of charge places for Bachelor’s students of ITMO University;
• The course will be conducted in English via Zoom;
• No coding skills are required for the course;

Upon successful completion, participants will receive an official certificate from ITMO University, as well as extra points when applying for the Art & Science Master's program at ITMO University.
