CV Maker is user-friendly and it doesn’t take long to fill a template out, plus you can pick out of three file formats and add your own sections. However, note that the templates are standard and only six styles are available for free.

This is a website for compiling a CV in a really short time: you only need to enter your info. It’ll work best for those who like to keep it traditional. Resume offers you 12 templates to choose from and also includes tips on creating a CV, writing cover letters, looking for a job, and so on. It’s a great user-friendly tool, although there are a couple of disadvantages: all templates are black-and-white and similar to each other.

Canva is much more customizable than the previously listed options. You can choose among hundreds of styles, colors, fonts, and icons. Most of its features are available for free. Some minor elements are only available for premium users, but if you need them, then you can gain free access during the first month of use. Among other things, there are four file formats to choose from and a very user-friendly interface.

However, keep in mind that the free version is limited to one-page CVs. Other than a CV builder, the I can choose service provides its users with lots of great advice on all career-related topics (in Russian).
