As per the Rector’s order on the university’s work schedule on May 1-10, 2021, all educational programs will be implemented in full scope in accordance with their curricula, class schedules, and calendars.

Students

Classes will continue for the period of May 3-8.

Bachelor’s and Master’s students: class schedules and exam dates can be found on the ITMO website and your personal page on ISU. If you have any questions regarding the class schedule or exam dates, please contact your lecturers or the Student Services Office.

PhD students: programs will continue to be implemented according to the previously-published class schedule. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of International Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies.

For other student categories: those attending continuing professional education and vocational programs can contact the departments involved in the implementation of each respective program.

Those undergoing internship: internships will be carried out according to the work schedules of organizations providing the internship.

Academic staff

ITMO employees working a six-day work week (including members of teaching staff) who are involved in the university’s continuous operations will receive days off on May 1, 2, 9, and 10. May 3-8 are work days.

Staff will implement educational activities according to the class schedules. The full changes in class schedule are outlined here.

In the class booking system, all disciplines will be set to the “on-site/remote” status, allowing lecturers to book Zoom rooms freely.

Administrative staff

ITMO employees working a five-day work week who are involved in the university’s continuous operations, including staff members appointed by heads of structural units (i.e. the majority of ITMO staff) will continue their work in the “regular” format. They will receive days off on May 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, and 10; May 4-7 are work days.

ITMO buildings will continue to operate as normal. Coworking areas, cafeterias, and the library will remain open.
