ITMO was ranked 132nd out of the 268 evaluated employers in the overall lineup of major Russian organizations. The ranking took into account the results of a survey of HR specialists, employee feedback, and the company’s score on the website.

“Well-being, work-life balance, academic freedom, love, and respect for the individual – these are the values we strive to communicate in everything we do at ITMO. We’re constantly searching for new ways to maintain a comfortable environment for both work and creativity. Our debut in the HH ranking reflects all the effort we’ve put in to support our team in such a diverse and fast-changing world,” comments Kirill Aleksandrov, the head of ITMO’s Strategic Communications Department.

As part of its 2030 Development Strategy, ITMO implements Well-Being – a strategic project meant to create a favorable environment for holistic development of ITMO students and staff through the means of various studies, events, and services.
