  In recent years, Japan has been moving in the direction of creating a new strategy of socio-economic relations and cultural development of the country. Dubbed Society 5.0, the strategy puts an emphasis on the proliferation of high technology in all spheres of life. At the end of January, St. Petersburg welcomed a leading Japanese expert in the field of digitalization – Toshiyuki Zamma, Executive Advisor to Government CIO (Government of Japan Chief Information Officer).   Guy Eames is chairman of the Russian Green Building Council (RUGBC), director of Planet 2030, and a master of climate change and sustainable development. For the past ten of his 30 years of working in Russia, he’s been striving to spread the green building cause, and his efforts have yielded results.
