• Radario Founder and Former ITMO Student Anton Bryantsev on Skills for a Successful Startup

  Anton Bryantsev studied automation and mechatronics at ITMO University, but left after his fourth year. In 2012, together with his business partner Sergey Suchkov, Anton founded a ticketing service Radario and became its chief technology officer. Now, Radario unites 30 ticket operators and platforms and is developing a single ecosystem for the automation of sales and technology-savvy promotion of events.   Forbes Russia has released its second annual 30 Under 30 ranking. According to the authors, to get a mention in the list, by the age of 30 you need to have earned professional acclaim nationally or even globally. This year, two ITMO University graduates are among the nominees – Greg Tkachenko, co-founder of the startup AI Factory and manager at Snap, and Daniel Galper, founder and CEO of Grow Food.

• ITMO Student Became the Youngest Winner of Young Runet Leaders Award

  Daniil Samoilov, a third-year student at the Faculty of Laser Photonics and Optoelectronics, received the Young Runet Leaders Award in the nomination Digital Agency. • ITMO Graduates on Education in Russia and Finland, Running a Business and Being Expats

  Zlata and Lev Stipakovs did their studies at ITMO University’s then-Faculty of Fine Mechanics and Technologies. After graduating, they tried their hand at working at various national research centers and commercial companies, and, with Lev landing a job in Finland in 2009, the family relocated there. Unlike her spouse, Zlata decided to change her profession, learned Finnish and obtained a second higher education degree onsite in Finland. As of now, both Lev and Zlata run their own small businesses.
