• ITMO Rector Vladimir Vasilyev on Engineering Training: We Can't Just Wait for New Generation of Teachers To Appear

  Although Russia currently has around 10 million engineers, there is still a 1.5 million shortfall of specialists in engineering fields, as pointed out by speakers at the Congress of Young Scientists. Where can these experts be found? How can they be trained? And why isn’t it the sole responsibility of universities? All these questions were recently addressed by the rectors of Russia’s top tech universities, ITMO University, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), and National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, as well as representatives of the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education, local authorities, and major banks.

• Smart Urban Environment: ITMO University Holds First Professional Development Course for Staff of Sevastopol State University

• ITMO University Holds Training for Mentors of Regional Quantoriums
