Want to learn about how to conduct accurate market analysis and develop effective marketing strategies? Take part in an open workshop that will cover all this and more, organized by ITMO University's business accelerator Future Technologies on March 5, 2019!

"Marketing strategy and market analysis for startups" will be of use to anyone developing, or thinking about developing, their own project, as incorrect or overdue market analysis is one of the main reasons behind why so many startups fail. 

You will learn:

  • how to carry out a high-quality market analysis, identify and evaluate competitors;
  • what do startupers need to know about launching strategies and their main stages;
  • what are the different types of clients and why do they need to be divided in segments;
  • how to analyze product's features, define its cost value, choose sales outlets.

Discussion topics include:

  1. Overview of strategies for launching on the market;
  2. Main reasons why startups fail, as well as examples of successful cases;
  3. Two pillars of startup marketing: the concepts of SOSTAK and AARRR (AAARRR);
  4. Startup metrics.

The workshop will be given by Alexander Alkhov, founder of educational service Courseburg.ru and project coordinator at the Future Technologies business accelerator.
