Speakers:

Michael Seibel is a managing director at Y Combinator and co-founder of Justin.tv/Twitch and Socialcam. Having joined Y Combinator in 2013, Michael has advised hundreds of startups and has been particularly active in promoting diversity in startups.

Andrew Garazha is the founder and CEO of Oncobox. The startup was launched in 2013 to help medical specialists diagnose difficult cancer cases and provide them with treatment recommendations. Over a period of seven years, Oncobox has attracted more than 300 million rubles in investments and grants. The project's revenue by the end of 2020 amounted to 35 million rubles. Among its partners are Stanford University, Boston University, and others.
