Marking the Year of the Horse, this exhibition explores the role of horses in culture, as well as the image of these animals in equestrian sports. Featuring works by local artists, the display aims to make these sports more human and understandable, as well as highlight the human-animal partnership that lies at its core.

Only Lovers Left Alive

Could there be a better fit for Valentine’s Day – in any company – than watching an aptly titled movie that brings far more than romance to the table? We didn’t think so, so we are, of course, including this Jim Jarmusch take on Adam (Tom Hiddleston) and Eve (Tilda Swinton) – who are also vampires! – in our weekly program. The film will be screened in English with Russian subtitles. Age rating 18+, viewer discretion advised.

While dreams continue to puzzle scientists, creative minds keep exploring the topic by other means – just like Krasnodar-based artist Igor Mikhailenko does in this exhibition. Pop art-esque animals superimposed on graphic shapes, bursts of color, and sudden blank spaces… Having perused this display, you are bound to have a colorful night’s sleep!
