Khozyaika

Khozyaika (хозяйка – homemaker) is a weaving workshop focused on rugs and based in Petrozavodsk, the heart of Karelia. Their unique designs mirror both local traditions and modern culture. Each rug is custom-made via a special device called loom – just like in old times! Given how intricate the process is, the prices are more than affordable. The workshop’s founder is truly passionate about his craft, and this results in the amazing quality of the final product.

Girlyandus

The creators of this brand fell in love with cotton ball lights during their trip to Thailand – a country that is surprisingly big on Christmas decorations! Now Girlyandus (from гирлянда – string lights) produces them here, in St. Petersburg. They come in a wide variety of color palettes, among which you’ll undoubtedly find the one to suit your taste. Is it even winter if you don’t substitute the main light with Christmas lights?

WOODMOOD

Candles are another must-have home decor item for the colder season. They will do their job 10 times better if you pair them with a nice holder. The ones made by WOODMOOD look absolutely luxurious! You’re guaranteed to fall in love with one of their designs. Or, if you’re anything like me, with all of them.
