1. Throughout this period, all educational programs will be conducted remotely according to the pre-existing class schedule.

Working days:

  • October 30 (Saturday);
  • November 1 (Monday);
  • November 2 (Tuesday);
  • November 3 (Wednesday);
  • November 5 (Friday);
  • November 6 (Saturday).

Non-working off:

  • October 31 (Sunday);
  • November 4 (Thursday);
  • November 7 (Sunday);

2. University staff are given paid days off – with the exception of employees whose activities are critical to the university’s functions. Lists of such employees are compiled by heads of departments according to Appendix 2 to the aforementioned order.

3. For employees whose activities are critical to the university’s functions and who work according to a five-day work schedule: work days are November 1-3; days off are October 30-31 and November 4-7.

4. For employees whose activities are critical to the university’s functions and who work according to a six-day work schedule: work days are October 30, November 1-3, and November 5-6; days off are October 31, November 4, and November 7.

5. Employees whose activities are critical to the university’s functions may receive a document to confirm their working status (when required by kindergartens etc.) at the Staff Support Office (Kronverksky Pr. 49, room 288; Lomonosova St. 9, room 1418; Chaykovskogo St. 11/2, room 217).
