The ranking’s top-20 includes universities from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, and Vladivostok. These are the universities whose graduates, according to the surveyed employers, demonstrate the best training and therefore have an advantage when seeking employment.
Additionally, the respondents highlighted the leading universities in several key fields: economics, engineering, natural sciences, humanities, creative professions, as well as marketing and PR.
The ranking is based on a survey of companies from the Forbes list of Russia’s best employers, representing various Russian regions and 43 economic industries. These are businesses with a decent salary level, comfortable working conditions, transparent corporate processes, and adherence to ESG principles.
