Fourth International ITMO More than ESP Conference

ITMO’s More than ESP conference will be held online on April 8-9 with the topic More than ESP: from the classroom to the workplace.

Participants of the conference will gain practical knowledge in dealing with multiple challenges of teaching ESP to students of various majors, as well as learn more about current trends and methods. The conference will provide a unique opportunity to dive into different aspects of applying knowledge into practice. We will meet with employers and graduates, and discuss the most pressing topics of today’s education from the viewpoint of students, teachers, and employers. How exactly will the skills that we teach students help them to be successful in their future careers? What skills will students need in terms of the English language? What techniques, methodologies, and tools have proven to be effective for teaching these skills? These and other issues will be discussed at the More than ESP conference.
