With ITMO

The slogan of ITMO’s 2023 admissions campaign is With ITMO. Here, students can freely pitch their ideas, create teams, and work on projects – all with the support of their alma mater. While some of our students are developing software for systems promoting health and wellness of their fellow students and university staff at the Be ITMO hackathon, others are creating and launching their own startups at ITMO Accelerator

“This slogan symbolizes academic freedom and an individual learning approach on the one hand but also responsibility for your choice on the other. At the same time, ITMO’s mission here is to provide our students with an environment where they can make their ideas happen and receive the so-needed support,” comments Alexey Itin, the executive secretary of the Admissions Office.

Current ITMO students are among the employees of the Admissions Office, making it possible for applicants to learn first-hand about studies and life at the university.
