    A PhD student at ITMO’s Faculty of Physics, Adria Canos Valero was born and raised in Spain. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, where he started his international academic career. In the span of six years, Adria worked in France, Switzerland, and Moscow, did research at CERN, and went from studying chemical engineering to optics and metamaterials.
