"ITMO Open Hearts" Volunteer Fair

Description

The event will have themed zones. In the first visitors will get a chance to meet social support organizations, in the second they will be able to participate in holiday master classes where they'll be able to make gifts with their own hands. All gifts will be handed to disadvantaged children and elderly people living alone.

There will also be a clothes drive for the disadvantaged. Visitors can also bring items such as batteries and energy-saving lights for recycling.

Visitors will also learn about:

- volunteering for ecological causes, including at the zoo

- working with children in difficult circumstances

- welcoming international students in St. Petersburg
