From November 24 to December 5, Sercan Karav, an associate professor at Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University (Turkey), will teach a course on Research Methods of Food Quality and Safety Indicators (in English).

  • Advantages and Disadvantages of Fluorescence Spectroscopy and Ultraviolet-Visible (UV-Vis) Spectroscopy.

  • Introduction to Gas Chromatography (GC) and Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization (MALDI);
  • Principle and Mechanism of GC-MS and MALDI;
