Call for applications for academic exchange

Description

The call for international academic exchange for the spring semester of 2027 is now open.

Join the program to discover university life in other countries, get out of your comfort zone, and acquire valuable experience and knowledge. There are more than 45 universities from over 20 countries to choose from!

You can find the complete list of ITMO's partner universities on ISU via this link or go to ISU – Your personal page – Education and Science – Academic Mobility – List of partner universities.

Before applying for exchange, don’t forget to discuss your choice of universities with the head of your educational program.

Who can participate:

• Master’s students;
• Bachelor’s students starting with their second year of studies.

How to apply:

To participate in the semester exchange program, you need to submit your application via ISU using your @niuitmo.ru email address. You won’t be able to apply using a different email address.

You need to provide the following documents:

• a video CV and resume;
• certificate of your proficiency in the language of instruction, at least B2 (issued by ITMO’s Foreign Language Training Center);
• passport (valid until at least August 2028);
• consent from the head of your educational program (before applying).

The application deadline is September 21, 2026 at 3:59 pm (GMT+3).
