UMNIK Technet NTI Contest

Applications for the UMNIK Technet NTI contest are accepted until November 1.

Technet NTI is a cross-market and cross-industry initiative that provides technological support for the development of the markets of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) and high-tech industries through the formation of digital, smart, and virtual factories of the future.

The main goal of the semi-final round is to identify and select young innovators who, after having passed a remote examination, will have the chance to take part in the final round. The finals of the UMNIK Technet NTI contest will take place on December 9-11 2020. The location and time will be announced later. Participants who cannot attend the event in person will be able to defend their projects via video conferencing.

Participants are selected by taking into account the technological barriers of the Technet NTI market and the activity fields of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises.

The winners of the UMNIK contest will receive a 2-year 500,000 ruble grant for the implementation of their scientific and technical idea.

To participate in the semi-final selection, the candidates need to:

1. Register on the website of the UMNIK Technet NTI contest;
2. Submit an application by November 1, 2020.
