ITMO.FUTURE 2.0 Contest

ITMO University launches the ITMO.FUTURE 2.0 Contest among its students and staff to garner initiatives on the university’s development and find those who will bring these ideas to life.

The competition will include two rounds and will run from March 17 to December 10, 2021.

Stage 1: Initiatives Contest

Initiatives are ideas or thoughts aimed at developing the university, improving its work, and optimizing internal business processes. These are ways to tackle problems, challenges, or tasks that the university faces and thus help it become a better place.

Deadlines:

• Initiative submission: March 17-24, 2021;
• Open voting: March 29 - April 5, 2021;
• Selection: March 29 - April 7, 2021;
• Results announcement: April 12, 2021.

Anyone registered on the platform can submit an initiative. To participate in the competition, head to the section called Мои проекты и инициативы (My projects and initiatives) and create an initiative by filling in the appropriate fields of the application form.

When submitting an initiative, don’t forget to add the following data:

• information on similar implemented projects and initiatives (if applicable);

• performance requirements – specific and measurable (at least 3).

Stage 2: Projects Contest

Deadlines:

• Selection of project executives: April 12-21, 2021;
• Application assessment: April 22-30, 2021;
• Results announcement: May 7, 2021:

Only university students can apply to participate in the Projects Contest.

• Project implementation: May 8 - November 22, 2021;

• Project defense: December 1-10, 2021.
