Leaders of Russia Competition – International Track

Description

This year, the Leaders of Russia national management competition introduces the new track International. Its goal is to attract highly-qualified specialists from around the world and support Russian-speaking citizens of other countries.

Participation is open to management specialists from all fields. The main requirements are 2+ years of managerial experience and a desire to live and work in Russia, at foreign representative offices of the Russian government, or at overseas branches of Russian commercial and non-profit organizations.

Winners will receive:

• career guidance from top managers and notable political figures;
• an educational grant of one million rubles;
• a chance to receive Russian citizenship.

Participants

Participants must:

• hold no Russian citizenship;
• be less than 55 years of age;
• have at least 2 years of managerial experiences.
