ROBOFORCE Contest 2023

The countdown is on! ROBOFORCE 2023 is your chance to be accepted into ITMO’s Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Master's program without having to take any entrance exams.

Timeline

• Call for applications: May 6 (6 pm, GMT+3) - May 21 (11:59 pm, GMT+3)

• Contest: May 12 (6 pm, GMT+3) - May 22 (11:59 pm, GMT+3)

Participants will be challenged to write a special program (in C++ or Python) to control a drone using an ROS (Robot Operating System). The drone will need to follow a pre-set route, collect virtual coins, and fly through a set of blue rings, avoiding red ones. The better your drone's performance, the higher your score. The one with the highest score wins the contest.

The winner gets the opportunity to enroll into the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Master's program without any entrance exams.
