This festive gala concert celebrates the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and will feature vibrant national music and dance performances by Chinese and Russian students of the St. Petersburg Conservatory and other local universities, including ITMO.

Flow of Flawlessness 

The multimedia exhibition, newly-opened at New Holland’s Zifergauz, claims to be a manifesto in defense of machine errors in art. The display explores the ambiguousness of technological development; it focuses on both physical (glitches, strange colors, or poor image generation) and conceptual mistakes (different types of distortion), which when combined produce an unconventional vision and fresh creative solutions.

Fyodor Vasilyev. The 175th Anniversary of the Artist's Birth

This exhibition looks at rural Russian landscapes as captured by the brush of Fyodor Vasilyev – a notable landscapist, on par with Ivan Shishkin, Arkhip Kuindzhi, and Isaac Levitan – who died incredibly young (he was only 23!) but left behind a legacy of over 100 canvases and graphics with a touching penchant for the land.
