  ITMO alumni Anton Potsulin is a lecturer and coordinator at the Faculty of Technological Management and Innovations’ Center for International Projects – but he is also now a winner of Startup Peru 12G, a major contest for business initiatives. His team’s instant quinoa surpassed around 500 competitors, earning a grant of up to $40,000 for further development.

• Ace Your Tests and Win a Million: New Innovation-Focused Hackathon Starts at ITMO

  ITMO’s Faculty of Biotechnologies has launched a hackathon onon the development of innovative products for businesses. 111 ITMO Master’s students joined the event, taking on cases from 10 Russian and international companies. Over six months, they will be developing innovative products under the guidance of business mentors. Hackathon winners will receive 1 million rubles.

  At ITMO Accelerator, budding entrepreneurs learn to grow their projects from ideas to their first income. Here, you can not only improve an existing project but also launch a startup from scratch: novices get mentors and help when assembling their teams.
