State Hermitage Photographer Yuri Molodkovets on Running an Instagram for World-Famous Museum
Russian photographer Yuri Molodkovets, who runs the official Instagram of the State Hermitage Museum, gave an open lecture for ITMO University’s Science Communication Center. He spoke about his duties as a museum photographer, the unknown challenges of his work, and his experience of running an Instagram for one of the world’s largest museums. Why Factories Are Once Again Popular Among Young Optics Specialists
Evgeniy Moiseev graduated from ITMO University three years ago; today, he works at the Krasnogorsky Factory, one of Russia’s top optics manufacturers and a part of the Rostec state corporation, where he designs and creates optical devices for use in space exploration, photography and medicine. Chaika Creative Space Opens at ITMO University
The CHAIKA creative space was opened last week at ITMO University’s Faculty of Technological Management and Innovations. This space will become a platform for the creative development of students and anyone interested in taking part. CHAIKA is already a venue to the Sunny Petersburg photo exhibition, where visitors can see works by members of the “Art Petersburg” photo community.
