• ITMO and Bureau 1440 Launch Russia’s First Program for Hybrid Communication Network Engineers

  In 2026, X Holding partnered with leading universities to open 14 educational programs for future engineers and welcome over 400 students in the coming academic year. Among these is Russia’s first Master’s program for engineers who can connect satellite and terrestrial communications into a single system. This new program is launched by ITMO University and the aerospace company Bureau 1440.
