  Sergei Khakhomov, the Rector of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University in Belarus has recently come to ITMO University. The universities have a long history of cooperation in the field of metamaterial research. In our interview, we talk to Professor Khakhomov about collaboration plans and asked why science has no borders and why the skills of scientists are more important for collaboration than a university’s prestige.
