• Wiki-Conference 2016: The Problem of Rights and Freedom

  Each day we consume several times more information that we did some ten or twenty years back. Each of us wants to partake in as many events as one can, and solve more problems than before. People gather online to discuss pressing issues, participate in social events, write petitions to the government. Still, it's a common thing when a problem can't be solved because of the lack of data. This was the main issue discussed at the Wiki-conference that took place at ITMO University last weekend.
