The winner of the construction bid, which is valued at over 13.2 billion rubles, will erect the main academic building – designed to accommodate 1,600 students – a student club, and two dormitories for more than a thousand residents. The buildings are slated to enter service in September 2025.

“This was a challenging bid with quite strict requirements, but we are happy that the search is complete. PolitekhStroy are known for their work on complex projects – at the moment, they are conducting renovations at the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory. We expect that they will begin construction on the site of ITMO Highpark in the spring of this year,” comments Andrey Nazarov, CEO of ITMO Highpark JSC.

ITMO Highpark is a world-class research, education, and innovation center currently under construction in the south of St. Petersburg. The architectural complex will consist of a campus for the university’s Master’s and PhD students, as well as a techno valley and a business park. The project is carried out as part of the national program Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation.
