Lectures on Sensorics and Biochemistry by Scientists from Institute of Chemical Technologies (India)

Description

The two lectures will be on "Ways to mask taste for developing acceptable medical drugs" and "Molecular modeling in research of the nature of bitter taste and development of masking agents." 

The presenters will be  Dr. Padma V. Devarajan (FMAS Institute TEQIP Coordinator, Coordinator M.Tech Pharmaceutical Biotechnology) и Dr. Mariam S. Degani (Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Head, Dept. of Pharma Sci. & Tech. Institute of Chemical Technology).
