Science Slam ITMO University is Open for Applications

Description

Selected participants will learn the art of presentation, science communication, international journalism and PR theory  over a month-long course. Finalists will present their skills at ITMO U Science Slam League 2.0 at the end of October. 

To participate, please fill out the registration form. 

Applications are accepted till Oct. 5.

ITMO U Science Slam offers:

- an opportunity to develop public speaking skills

- a way to popularize science and boost public profile of scientists

- an opportunity to form a pool of involved young experts

- an opportunity to learn from top experts in communications

To participate:

- each presentation must be under 10 minutes

- must be based on proprietary research

- comprehensible by the general public.
