• Art&Science: How Big Data Becomes Art

  ​Can data be a source of inspiration, and can information become art? We are surrounded by data, but we rarely think about seeing it as artistic material. Last Sunday, Dmitry Muromtsev, head of ITMO's Information Science and Semantic Technologies International Laboratory and Julia Freeman, artist and Associate Professor at the Open Data Institute in London shared about using Big Data in digital art as part of the Art&Science: Science.Art.Museum project.
