The Experiment: Best Ways to Deal With Burnout
This year, the usual winter energy drop just didn’t seem to want to go away for me any time soon. I also noticed that no tasks brought me joy anymore, I was almost always tired and almost never fulfilled, and everything had just sort of lost its point. A quick Google search later, I realized these symptoms looked suspiciously like burnout – and decided to do something about it. So I turned to the trusty internet to try out some common tips on dealing with burnout. Below is the result of my little experiment, which can hopefully act as a burnout prevention kit for anyone who also finds themselves struggling.
