• ITMO Highpark’s Research Centers Receive Positive Assessment

  Glavgosexpertiza of Russia (a state expertise center subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Construction – Ed.) has approved the design estimates for ITMO Highpark’s second stage of construction that will include three advanced research centers with a total area of 30,000 square meters. These are: the IT Center, the Photonics and Quantum Technologies Center, and the Life and Health Sciences Center.

• ITMO Highpark Dormitory Projects Approved

  Glavgosexpertiza of Russia has issued an approval on the design estimates for ITMO Highpark's third and fourth dormitory buildings. Five-story dormitories for 1,500 beds will be constructed within the project’s second and third phases. Along with the first and second buildings currently under construction, the dormitories’ total capacity will reach about 2,600 people.

  During the recent 19th Builders’ Convention, Alexander Beglov, Governor of St. Petersburg, revealed development plans for the city's transport infrastructure and emphasized the importance of building a metro station near ITMO’s second campus in the Pushkinsky District.
