At-Home Sports: How to Stay Active While Self-Isolating
The sedentary conditions of self-isolation can be a serious blow to your mental and physical health. Even when stuck at home, it’s important to engage in some physical activity and not turn your back on sports. The World Health Organization recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity per week – this is enough to keep fit and feel energized and motivated.
