This Friday, come see an exhibition of works from artists all across Russia that were inspired by generative AI. The display features a variety of creative artworks, edited but not created by AI, that won the Generating the Art of the Future artists’ competition. The inspiration behind each piece is its author's social media profile.

Can you feel it? That’s right, winter is coming – and with it outdoor ice rinks. The first to open the season is the ice rink on the beloved New Holland Island. Traditionally, the rink will delight all with a picturesque skating experience in the city’s downtown and themed musical sessions, as well as a lounge zone with fire and comfy seats right at the rink.

Exhibition: Punk Culture. King and Jester

The exhibition on view from November 3 at Sevkabel Port features two timelines: a crash course on the history of punk from Sex Pistols to modern-day Russian punks and the story of the local punk scene – in particular, the Russian horror punk band Korol i Shut (or King and Jester). It celebrates the punk era, showcasing rare artifacts, clothing items, and more – and inviting visitors for full immersion experiences, including 360° music videos.

For more traditional art, head to the display of works by Russian artist Boris Ermolayev at the State Russian Museum, who immortalized the views of the now-Nevsky District, as well as the daily life of the outskirts dwellers of the 1930s in his art. The exhibition presents 62 paintings and is devoted to the artist’s anniversary of birth.
