Top Ten Questions from ITMO’s Endless Science Livestream
This summer, ITMO held the longest popular science livestream at VK Fest: 24 hours in which researchers answered 700 questions from the audience. The star guests and viewers wanted to know when people will fly to Mars, if there will ever be a time machine, and what are the current frontiers in different fields of science. Here are the top ten questions answered by ITMO’s researchers.

Record Number of Students Enroll at ITMO via Academic Competitions
During the 2022 admissions campaign, ITMO University has welcomed into its ranks 609 winners of national and regional academic competitions. This is a record number for both St. Petersburg and the university itself, exceeding the second top university’s count by almost twofold.

Mischief Managed: ITMO Students Create a Harry Potter VR Game
Every Potterhead dreams of one day stepping foot into Hogwarts, Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade, and other legendary locations from the Harry Potter universe. Now, you can explore the Burrow, the Weasley family home, and even join the mischiefs of the Weasley twins in a VR game created by Anastasia Tsitelova and Artur Dzyuba, students of ITMO’s Faculty of Software Engineering and Computer Systems.

New Academic Mobility Program Between Moscow and St. Petersburg Launched at ITMO
