  • Applied AI Challenge: Winners’ Tips and New Opportunities for Participants

  • ITMO’s New Professional Development Programs: Data Analysis, BIM, and Web Design

    ITMO University has recently launched three new professional development programs on the Open Education online platform: Data Analysis, Project Development with BIM, and Professional Web Design in HTML and CSS (all courses are taught in Russian).   • GIS for Beginners: How to Start Working with Maps and Why Do it in the First Place

    Recently, an open workshop “Cartography for those who’ve never done it before” was hosted in St. Petersburg. Its participants familiarized themselves with the main operation principles of the free map-making service QGIS, learned to work with existing geospatial data and display it on maps. The workshop was given by Maria Podkorytova, an engineer at the Quality of Urban Life Laboratory (QULLAB) of ITMO University’s Institute of Design & Urban Studies.
