Motasem Awaja’s Journey: A 2018 Open Doors Scholarship Winner

Results of ITMO’s Bachelor Admissions Campaign 2018
The admissions campaign for 2018’s Bachelor’s degree programs has come to a close, and the lists of students admitted into tuition-free positions have been published (link in Russian). As usual, entrants showed high Unified State Exam (USE) scores in subjects related to information technologies and programming. This year’s applicants also had a chance to enroll in a tuition-free position even with a USE score below the requirement thanks to the ITMO.STARS initiative.

Computer Science And The World Football Cup: ESIEE Students on Their Internship at ITMO

Maria Renee Marroquín Pineda has recently finished the first year of her Master’s studies at ITMO’s Cryogenic Technology Department. Before entering ITMO University, she spent four years studying ecology at Tver campus of Moscow Humanitarian Economic University (MHEU). Having spent five years in Russia, the Guatemalan student decided to launch her own business in the field of cryogenic technologies.
