    More than 300 educators from Russian universities have completed an AI-focused professional development program at ITMO. The course aims to improve the qualifications of lecturers who will provide fast-track training to highly qualified specialists in AI. Thanks to the program, 22 Russian universities updated their educational programs in the field to target the competencies that will be in demand in 4-5 years.

  • 155 Teachers in Russia Took AI Course by ITMO and Alfa-Bank

    ITMO University and Alfa-Bank collaborated on a joint continuous professional development course to help teachers master AI and learn how to use innovative technologies in the classroom. The course was taken by 155 people from 52 cities in Russia and the CIS countries.

    ITMO University has recently launched three new professional development programs on the Open Education online platform: Data Analysis, Project Development with BIM, and Professional Web Design in HTML and CSS (all courses are taught in Russian). Upon completing each of the courses, students will get a state-standard CPD (continuous professional development) certificate.
