You might think that winter is not the time for walking along wind-blown bridges, but who can really resist those Moon-like frozen waters surrounded by St. Pete's usual breathtaking views? So, here is my little guide for you, but with a little disclaimer first – this article is ever-so-slightly biased for I am a devoted Vasilyevsky Island admirer.
