• I Am a Professional Contest: ITMO Named Best University Based on Registration Results

  The registration period for future participants of the annual I Am a Professional contest has recently concluded, making the track Programming & Information Technologies – delivered by ITMO – the most popular among St. Petersburg students. Moreover, it transpired that more students from ITMO have signed up for the contest than from any other universities in the city.

• Results of the First National ITMO Mega Contest

  This spring, ITMO hosted the first national Mega Contest. Among the 1,348 participants were people from 40 different cities and all of the country’s time zones. They competed for the opportunity to enroll in Master’s programs at ITMO without entrance exams, as well as travel grants and a relocation package.

• ITMO to Host I Am a Professional Contest

  The university will be in charge of three key tracks: Robotics, Programming and Information Technologies, and Information and Cybersecurity, as well as corporate track Technology Entrepreneurship (jointly with Gazprom Neft). Sberbank will act as the main partner of ITMO’s tracks. The contest is supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation as part of the Social Elevators for Everyone initiative of the national project Education.
