For the first time since 1995, the artworks of the photographer trio Punktum are back on display at ROSPHOTO. The exhibition brings together a selection of black and white photographs – over 100 cityscapes – taken between 1990 and 1998 by local legends Boris Smelov, Maria Snigirevskaya, and Aleksey Zelenskiy who managed to document the life of their home city in the ‘90s.

Spectrum is a debut solo project of the studio Radugadesign spread out over the digital gallery Zifergauz on New Holland Island. The display features audio, visual, and immersive installations earlier exhibited at international festivals throughout the globe along with three new projects that are meant to let visitors visually experience a transition from dark to light, monochrome to multicolor, as well as see how neural networks communicate with one another and even interact with reality-changing algorithms.

The hits of the world’s indie scene are coming to St. Petersburg. From cartoon miniatures to heart-breaking dramas, this year’s Russian Indie Film Festival will feature an exciting lineup of short films, including Oscar nominees.

Last but not least, celebrate Russia’s national holiday by enjoying a festival of unity and light at the Peter and Paul Fortress that will showcase the milestones in the history of Russia from the times of the city’s founder Peter the Great and his descendants to the present day. Remember to put your warm clothes on – the shows are running outside daily from 7 PM to 10 PM.
