  • Free entrance

This weekend, you will have the opportunity to learn about fashion, try on all the latest unique pieces from local designers, as well as watch fashion shows and enjoy performances by St. Pete’s established and upcoming musicians. Woof charity festival

This charity festival is an event for all pet lovers – even if currently you cannot afford to take home a pet of your own. At the event, you will have the chance to interact with rescue dogs and cats from local animal shelters, as well as donate various supplies to help these organizations take care of their furry charges. Apart from spreading all this kindness, you will have the chance to meet like-minded people and find some sustenance from local businesses at food stalls.

Igor Novikov. Us

  • September 17, 2022 - January 15, 2023; 10 am - 10 pm daily, except Tuesdays
  • Erarta Museum
  • 600-1,000 rubles (includes an annual pass)

Right next to the Kirov Palace of Culture, if you do decide to visit it, you will find Erarta, the museum of contemporary art, which is now hosting an exhibition of works by Igor Novikov. The Russian-Swiss artist reimagines world-renowned pieces by the likes of Roerich and Toulouse-Lautrec, creating new meanings and expressing his views in a style akin to Russian avant-garde poetry. Some might say this is a must-visit for anyone who considers themselves a contemporary art connoisseur.

Orchestral legendary rock pieces

  • October 15, 8 pm
  • A2 Green
  • 2,200-7,500 rubles (tickets here)

A bit on the pricier side, this event is perfect for those partial to both rock and classical music. It’s not often that you get to see an orchestra perform at a rock club and hear your favorite rock ballads in such unusual renditions, as well as witness a full-scale battle between an orchestra and a rock band. Moreover, this will be a great chance to explore something of a legendary location for St. Pete’s and Russian alternative music scene. So, all things considered, you should prepare to have your Saturday night rocked.
