In honor of the 80th anniversary of the city’s liberation from the Nazi siege, the Manege Exhibition Hall presents the exhibition Hero City Leningrad, which tells the history of the besieged city through the everyday life of its residents, their thoughts, fears, and hopes. In addition to the audio performance, which accompanies visitors on their route throughout the exhibition, the display presents a collection of over 600 historical artifacts and works of art, as well as around 200 graphics and paintings created by Leningrad artists, which offer a unique insight into life under the siege.
