  • Applied AI Challenge: Winners’ Tips and New Opportunities for Participants

    The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs has announced the results of this year’s national contest for university-based youth projects. ITMO’s student media Megabyte won one of the 2 million ruble grants.   • ITMO Students Win 2.5 Million Rubles at SberBank Hackathon

    A team of students from ITMO University and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU) excelled in the fourth round of the SmartMarket Studio contest organized by SberBank. In a span of just one month, the team managed to develop 33 apps for the platform and thus garnered an award in the Activity category.

    Participants will tackle a range of practical tasks suggested by the partners, all centered around the subject of blockchain technologies. The top teams will receive monetary prizes as well as the chance to continue their collaboration with Gazprom Neft and Innopolis University. Applications are accepted until November 30. The event will take place in Russian, but is open for non-Russian citizens.

  • Seize an Opportunity to Participate in an Online Hackathon by DIT4BEARs

    The hackathon is meant to help implement information technologies in the Barents Euro-Arctic region.
