  • ITMO Students Shine at VkusVill’s R&D Incubator

    Students from ITMO University have recently taken part in COLLAB 2K24, an incubator organized by VkusVill, a popular Russian grocery store chain. One team from ITMO took the second place in the dairy products track, having suggested a new high-protein yogurt with matcha powder and probiotics, while another team received the people’s choice award in the fish track after coming up with a frozen dinner option with pollack. Both teams will be improving their projects in collaboration with industry representatives to produce a test sample and then bring the new products to the shelves.
